The day will end with some fun cooking together and making a great dinner using very simple ingredients in the small onsite gas cooker!

TEST YOUR PHYSICAL & MENTAL FITNESS

An early start with lots to learn! The day begins with a warm breakfast before we get into the first nutrition session which will help you understand the key aspects of our nutrition and performance nutrition.

The afternoon will be about some hard work in the gym before something more dynamic and fun on the beach.

Mental and Physical recovery, we will have worked hard and trained hard, time to focus on the key areas that help the body and mind recover.

We will move at a slower pace and practice core recovery techniques with great nutrition, stretching,  the sauna and local surroundings.

Every day, you'll be treated to both breakfast & lunch, conveniently provided on the premises. All transfers to evening meals out are to be covered by the participants.

Workshops:

You can look forward to a total of 3 educational workshops with the daveynutrition team and a leading S&C coach centered around the topics of  mental skills, fitness & performance nutrition.
