Ingredients
- 2 Onions
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 250ml Chicken Stock
- 35g Green Pesto
- 100g Spinach
- 550g Diced Chicken
- 200g Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 1tsp Olive Oil
- 200g Tender Stem Broccoli
- 30g Grated Parmesan
- 450g Pasta (uncooked)

Instructions
- Add olive oil to a hot pan2. Fry the chicken in the pan.3. When the chicken is cooked add in the onion, minced garlic and chicken stock and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.4. After the 5 minutes add in the pesto and cream cheese and leave to simmer for a further 5 minutes.5. While the sauce is thickening add the pasta to a pot and cook as per packet instructions. 6. Add the spinach to the pan and stir until wilted.7. When the pasta is cooked add it into the pan alongside the creamy pesto sauce and chicken.8. Cook the tender steam broccoli by simmering in a small amount of water for 3-4 minutes.9. Add the grated parmesan and give it a good stir ensuring all the pasta is well coated in the creamy pesto sauce10. Serve along side the tender steam broccoli & enjoy!
