Eva aims to untangle your frustration around nutrition by guiding you on the right path to achieve and sustain your goals by unlocking new skills to meet your true potential.

Eva is a performance Dietitian who has worked in the clinical health care setting providing nutrition support to patients with a range of different diseases. Eva is now currently working full time as a performance dietitian and is working with the Dublin Senior hurlers as well as individual athletes providing them with the education and skill set to maximise their performance and reach their potential.

Eva's passion for performance-based sports nutrition developed from her own personal experience playing Gaelic football. Eva now trains and competes in Crossfit where her own personal experiences have led her to understand the pivotal role that nutrition plays in performance enhancement, injury prevention and management, recovery from exercise and body composition. Outside of sports Eva also loves to cook and create new recipes to support her health and sports performance.

I believe food is so much more than numbers and nutrition is so much more than food.

Through my work with individuals, athletes and sports teams, I aspire to facilitate a growing understanding and appreciation for food and all it has to offer us.

My name is Heather, I am one of the Nutritionists with daveynutrition. I am fascinated by nutrition, performance and psychology! I love spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with new flavours and creating recipes that can not only bring enjoyment to me and those I share them with but can also help us reach our health and performance goals.

Food will always be a part of our lives and so why not learn to use it to our advantage. There is no denying the link between a person’s nutrition knowledge, cooking skills, physical activity, mental health and their physical health, sporting performance, recovery, body composition, relationship with food and risk of injury. I get so excited seeing people make these connections and evolve in these areas! I am very grateful to be part of a team who put that at the forefront of everything we do.

Gemma likes to provide a space for honest discussion for people to speak freely and build confidence in their ability to progress with their goals.

If you’re feeling stuck or exhausted from previous attempts at your goal, Gemma aims to help guide you in realigning the path towards that goal, along with what matters to you.

As an elite athlete herself, Gemma enjoys working with people who really want to take things to the next level and gain that competitive edge in their performance. Every 1% matters when it comes to competition and digging deep to help others find out how to unlock those % 's is where her passion lies. Whether you are an elite athlete looking to take things to the next level or just want to progress in your health or performance at any level, from any starting point, Gemma has the experience to help you progress, from one-to-one consultations, performance nutrition for team sport athletes to corporate wellness talks.

As well as competing in several European tournaments as a former Irish International soccer player and representing Ireland in the world University games in Italy, Gemma has played with Derry City FC, Sligo Rovers in their first season in the Women's National League and currently playing football in Bristol, England in the FA National League.
