Ingredients
- 800 g Mince
- 1 Pepper
- 2 Onions
- 2 Handful’s of sugar snap pea’s
- 1 tsp Garlic purée
- 165 g Lightest Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 Taco seasoning
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika seasoning
- 350 g Pasta (dry)
- 25 g Mozzarella

Instructions
- Add some fry light to the pan
- Chop the pepper & onions and add them to the pan along with the sugar snap peas and garlic purée
- After the vegetables have cooked for 5 minutes add the mince to the pan with the taco seasoning
- Cook the pasta as per packing instructions
- Once the mince has cooked through add the cream cheese to the pan and mix through & add the paprika seasoning
- Once all the veg, mince and cream cheese is well combined add the cooked pasta to the pan
- Mix well until all parts of the dish are well combined
- Add the mozzarella to the pan, mix and enjoy!
