- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Baking tray
Ingredients
- 500 g Jumbo Oats
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 250 g Mixed Nuts, Seeds & Dried Fruits
- 100 g Dried Cranberries/Blueberries
- 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Mix the oats with the melted coconut oil and the honey.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray.
- Toast in the oven at a medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and mix in the mixed fruit, nuts & seeds and a pinch of salt.
- Toast in the oven for a further 10 minutes but at a low-moderate heat to avoid burning the nuts and fruits.
- Serve with yoghurt and some fruit!
