How it began
It started with me sitting on an old stool at the back of my house in sligo peeling potatoes before I could have ever dreamed of working with elite teams like Dublin Football and Leinster Rugby!

We have a shared sense of satisfaction from seeing people building confidence in their skills, understanding what makes them perform and of course what does not work.

It means understanding and executing all the elements that allow you to be at your best on a daily basis.
