Expert Tips
Serve this bowl immediately and add a dash more milk or water if needed to move the ingredients in the food processor. Store in the freezer if you are making more than one serving. Use plant based milk, yoghurt and protein powder to make this recipe vegan.

- 1 Blender/Food Processor
Ingredients
- 200 g Frozen mango
- 100 ml Low fat milk
- 50 g Low fat Greek yoghurt
- 30 g Protein powder
- 50 g Raspberries
- 50 g Strawberries
- 30 g Granola
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Honey

Instructions
- Add the milk, mango and yoghurt to a blender/food processor and blitz for 1 minute.
- Stop, remove the lid and add the protein powder. Blitz for a further 1 minute or until thick and smooth.
- Scoop into a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy!
