Ingredients

  • 200 g Frozen mango
  • 100 ml Low fat milk
  • 50 g Low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 30 g Protein powder
  • 50 g Raspberries
  • 50 g Strawberries
  • 30 g Granola
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Add the milk, mango and yoghurt to a blender/food processor and blitz for 1 minute.
  • Stop, remove the lid and add the protein powder. Blitz for a further 1 minute or until thick and smooth.
  • Scoop into a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy!
