Ingredients
200gFrozen mango
100mlLow fat milk
50gLow fat Greek yoghurt
30gProtein powder
50gRaspberries
50gStrawberries
30gGranola
1tbspChia seeds
1tsp Honey

Instructions
Add the milk, mango and yoghurt to a blender/food processor and blitz for 1 minute.
Stop, remove the lid and add the protein powder. Blitz for a further 1 minute or until thick and smooth.
