This recipe is lovely served with yogurt, fresh fruit and honey. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
Equipment
- 1 Large Bowl
- Oven safe dish
Ingredients
- 250 g jumbo oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milled flaxseed
- 3 scoops Vanilla protein
- 200 g apple puree or ripe banana puree*
- 300 ml milk of choice (Almond milk used in above)
Instructions
- Grease a small oven safe pie or casserole dish with spray oil or coconut oil. We used one approximately 9 * 4 inches. When you add the oat mixture it can come almost to the top, it will only rise a little!
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Transfer to your dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving up.
- Serve with some yogurt, fresh berries and honey.
- *You can buy apple puree in a health food store or in a supermarket, generally near the baby food section.
