No Bake Balls

- 1 Blender
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 75 g Oats
- 100 g Mixed Nuts & Seeds
- 100 g Dried Fruit
- 70 ml Milk of Choice
- 3 scoops Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 squares Dark Chocolate
- Blend the oats with the mixed nuts, seeds and dried fruit.
- Add the mix into a mixing bowl, add the protein powder and mix well.
- To bind, add in the honey and milk and mix well.
- The balls should be firm and not too moist.
- Melt the dark chocolate and dip the balls in to cover them.
- Leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours.
