Slices of Heaven
Apple and peanut butter go together like a match made in heaven, pun intended. Slices of heaven is a snack that can be put together in seconds and will deliver a hit of energy.

Peanut butter is a great source of healthy unsaturated fats.
Cut the apple into slices rather than chunks, that way it's much easier to monitor how much peanut butter you're using. It's all too easy to be digging your way to the bottom of the peanut butter jar if you opt for apple chunks.
- 1 Large apple
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- Remove the apple core and slice the apple into layers. Thinly spread peanut butter over each layer.
