Equipment
- Bowl, Chopping board, Knife, Pan
Ingredients
- 5 Chicken Fillets
- 3 Peppers
- 2 Red Onions
- 400 g Tinned Toamtoes
- 10 Small Tortilla Wraps
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 50 g Low Fat Chesse
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- Fry Light

Instructions
- Coat the chicken in the seaning and cook in the airfryer for 30 minutes ( or however you'd like until the chicken is cooked)
- While the chicken is cooking chop the peppers and onion and garlic
- Add fry light to the pan and cook the veg & garlic until softened (8-10 minutes)
- Once the chicken is cooked using two forks shred the chicken and add to the pan
- Add the Tinned tomatoes to the pan with the veg and chicken and leave to thicken for 5 minutes
- Press the tortilla into the juices from the vegetables, chicken & tomatoes and then lay out on a separate pan
- Once the tortilla is on the pan add the cheese and the chicken mix to one half and fold it over and allow to crisp for 1 minute
- Once one side has hardened carefully flip to the other side
- Repeat the process of making the tacos until you use up your chicken & Veg mix! (it will vary depending on the size of the tortilla wrap & the amount of mix used per tortilla)
- The nutritional value is per one serving (one serving is two tortillas).
