Ingredients
5Chicken Fillets
3Peppers
2Red Onions
400gTinned Toamtoes
10Small Tortilla Wraps
2Garlic Cloves
50gLow Fat Chesse
1tspSmoked Paprika
1tspCajun Seasoning
1tspChilli Flakes

Instructions
Coat the chicken in the seaning and cook in the airfryer for 30 minutes ( or however you'd like until the chicken is cooked)
While the chicken is cooking chop the peppers and onion and garlic
Add fry light to the pan and cook the veg & garlic until softened (8-10 minutes)
Once the chicken is cooked using two forks shred the chicken and add to the pan
Add the Tinned tomatoes to the pan with the veg and chicken and leave to thicken for 5 minutes
Press the tortilla into the juices from the vegetables, chicken & tomatoes and then lay out on a separate pan
Once the tortilla is on the pan add the cheese and the chicken mix to one half and fold it over and allow to crisp for 1 minute
Once one side has hardened carefully flip to the other side
Repeat the process of making the tacos until you use up your chicken & Veg mix! (it will vary depending on the size of the tortilla wrap & the amount of mix used per tortilla)
