Ingredients
- 100 g Oats
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 scoops Whey protein
- 50 ml Milk
Servings
Instructions
- Mix the oats and whey in a large bowl.
- Melt the coconut oil.
- Mix the oil, honey and peanut butter together and add to the oat mix.
- Mix together and pour in the milk.
- Use your hands to bring the mixture together before shaping into balls.
- Place on a plate or tray and leave in the fridge to set for 3-4 hours or overnight.
