Ingredients

  • 100 g Oats
  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3 scoops Whey protein
  • 50 ml Milk
12 Servings

Instructions

  • Mix the oats and whey in a large bowl.
  • Melt the coconut oil.
  • Mix the oil, honey and peanut butter together and add to the oat mix.
  • Mix together and pour in the milk.
  • Use your hands to bring the mixture together before shaping into balls.
  • Place on a plate or tray and leave in the fridge to set for 3-4 hours or overnight.
