Peanut Butter Espresso Smoothie
This smoothie is a great pre-exercise snack as it has quick-digesting carbs, is relatively low in fat and fibre, as well as providing a good hit of caffeine.

You can opt for decaff coffee if you want to have this smoothie later in the day/ evening.
- 1 Blendar
- 1 Glass
- 150 ml Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 1 tsp peanutbutter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small banana
- 3 large ice cubes
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
