Ingredients
- 200 g Oats
- 200 ml Apple juice
- 200 g Natural yoghurt
- 100 ml Milk
- 30 g Desiccated coconut
- 20 g Mixed nuts
- 2 tbsp Almonds (ground)
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 15 g Honey
- 1 Lemon (juice of 1 lemon)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, cover in clingfilm and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Makes three portions.
