Ingredients

  • 200 g Oats
  • 200 ml Apple juice
  • 200 g Natural yoghurt
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 30 g Desiccated coconut
  • 20 g Mixed nuts
  • 2 tbsp Almonds (ground)
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 15 g Honey
  • 1 Lemon (juice of 1 lemon)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, cover in clingfilm and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • Makes three portions.
