Ingredients
- 140 g Raspberry Jelly
- 4 tbsp 0% Fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp Honey
- 50 g Mixed berries
- 40 g Dark chocolate
- ½ tsp Coconut oil
Servings
Instructions
- Make jelly as per packet instructions.
- Put the jelly mixture into mason jars, or bowls and refrigerate overnight.
- Mix the yoghurt and honey together in a small bowl.
- Dollop the yoghurt onto the jelly.
- Top with mixed berries.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil and drizzle over the top.
- Place back in the fridge for 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set or serve immediately.
