Ingredients
- 250 g Mixed nuts
- 250 g 80% dark chocolate (melted)
- 70 g Oats
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 Scoop Whey protein powder
- 6 tbsp Shelled hemp
- 1 Pinch Salt
Servings
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the dark chocolate.
- Pour into a small lined tray or tin.
- Place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
- Remove and chop into 12 bars.
