Ingredients

  • 250 g Mixed nuts
  • 250 g 80% dark chocolate (melted)
  • 70 g Oats
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Scoop Whey protein powder
  • 6 tbsp Shelled hemp
  • 1 Pinch Salt
12 Servings

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Mix the dry ingredients with the dark chocolate.
  • Pour into a small lined tray or tin.
  • Place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
  • Remove and chop into 12 bars.
