Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 4 tbsp Oats
- 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 100 g Pecans
- 100 g Dark Chocolate
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
10 servings
Instructions
- Mash the banana, honey and peanut butter together in the bowl.
- Mix in the oats, whey and coconut and mix well.
- Add the pecans and mix to form a dough-like mixture.
- Put into a lined baking dish and press down firmly.
- Put it in the fridge to set.
- Remove from the fridge when set, melt the dark chocolate and pour it evenly over the top.
- Place back into the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
- Remove and cut into bars.
