Overnight Banoffee Pie

- Bowl
- Mason jar or Lunch box
- Fridge
- Microwave
Ingredients
- 6 Weetabix
- 1 scoop Chocolate protein
- 300 ml Low fat milk
- 1 Banana
- 400 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- 40 g Dark chocolate
- ½ tsp Coconut oil
Servings
Instructions
- Break the weetabix into crumbs in a bowl and mix in the whey protein.
- Divide between mason jars/ lunch boxes.
- Add 150ml of milk to each jar and mix well.
- Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
- Layer on the sliced banana, followed by the yoghurt.
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and drizzle over the yoghurt to serve.
- If you have time, place it back in the fridge to set the chocolate!
