  • Bowl
  • Mason jar or Lunch box
  • Fridge
  • Microwave

Ingredients

  • 6 Weetabix
  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein
  • 300 ml Low fat milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 400 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 40 g Dark chocolate
  • ½ tsp Coconut oil
2 Servings

Instructions

  • Break the weetabix into crumbs in a bowl and mix in the whey protein.
  • Divide between mason jars/ lunch boxes.
  • Add 150ml of milk to each jar and mix well.
  • Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
  • Layer on the sliced banana, followed by the yoghurt.
  • Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and drizzle over the yoghurt to serve.
  • If you have time, place it back in the fridge to set the chocolate!
