Ingredients
6Weetabix
1scoopChocolate protein
300mlLow fat milk
1Banana
400g0% fat Greek yoghurt
40gDark chocolate
½tspCoconut oil

Instructions
Break the weetabix into crumbs in a bowl and mix in the whey protein.
Divide between mason jars/ lunch boxes.
Add 150ml of milk to each jar and mix well.
Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
Layer on the sliced banana, followed by the yoghurt.
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and drizzle over the yoghurt to serve.
If you have time, place it back in the fridge to set the chocolate!
