Ingredients
- 120 g 85% dark chocolate
- 6 tbsp Peanut butter (120g)
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey (dark)
- 4 Free-range egg
- 3 scoop Casein protein powder (chocolate or vanilla flavour)
- 2 tbsp Almonds (flaked)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate, nut butter and butter together before adding eggs and honey and beat into a thick mixture.
- Add casein powder, and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180˚C for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flaked almonds and allow to cool.
