- Oven
- Large Bowl
- Non-stick tray or glass dish
Ingredients
- 600 g Turkey mince
- 1 Free-range egg
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ Red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Courgette (grated)
- 1 tsp Cumin (ground)
- 2 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 thumb-sized piece Ginger
- ¼ tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
- ½ Lime (zest of ½ lime)
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Using your hands, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into burgers for desired number (four to six).
- Place burgers on a non-stick tray or glass dish, and drizzle a touch of olive oil.
- In an oven pre-heated to 180°C, bake for 25 minutes and serve.
