  • Large Bowl
  • Non-stick tray or glass dish

Ingredients

  • 600 g Turkey mince
  • 1 Free-range egg
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Courgette (grated)
  • 1 tsp Cumin (ground)
  • 2 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 thumb-sized piece Ginger
  • ¼ tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Tomato puree
  • ½ Lime (zest of ½ lime)
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Using your hands, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Form the mixture into burgers for desired number (four to six).
  • Place burgers on a non-stick tray or glass dish, and drizzle a touch of olive oil.
  • In an oven pre-heated to 180°C, bake for 25 minutes and serve.
