Ingredients
600gTurkey mince
1Free-range egg
2tbspExtra virgin olive oil
½Red onion(finely chopped)
1Courgette(grated)
1tspCumin(ground)
2cloveGarlic(finely chopped)
1thumb-sized pieceGinger
¼tbspPaprika
1tbspTomato puree
½Lime(zest of ½ lime)
1tspMixed herbs
½tspSalt
½tspPepper

Instructions
Using your hands, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Form the mixture into burgers for desired number (four to six).
Place burgers on a non-stick tray or glass dish, and drizzle a touch of olive oil.
In an oven pre-heated to 180°C, bake for 25 minutes and serve.
