This recipe is a take on the microwave ‘mud-cake’. It’s a great way of changing up your oats to incorporate different ingredients and flavours as well as hitting your protein targets.

Change the flavour of the yoghurt on top if you want to spice things up!
Equipment
- Bowl
- Microwave
Ingredients
- 50 g Oats
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder
- 1 Espresso (50-80ml water)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 150 g Fage yoghurt
Serving
Instructions
- Mix the oats, baking soda and whey together in a bowl.
- Stir in the coffee, half the yoghurt and half the honey. Mix well.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Remove from the microwave and stir.
- Microwave for another 30 seconds if needed (depending on desired consistency).
- Mix the rest of the yoghurt and honey together and serve over the oats.
