This creamy avocado mix is delicious used as a pasta sauce, dip or dressing over salad. Add in some chilli flakes for a little spice or diced chorizo works well too.

Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 150 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Chilli flakes optional
- 50-100 ml Water
Servings
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor with some water. 50-100ml depending on how thick you want it to be.
- Blitz until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in the fridge and use within 2 days.
