Equipment
- 1 Baking Tray/Tin
- 1 Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 3 Bananas (mashed)
- 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 150 g Oats
- 60 g Dried Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Mixed Seeds
- 2 tbsp Flaked Almonds

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line your baking tray.
- In a mixing bowl, mash 3 bananas with the honey.
- Add the peanut butter and oats, then mix well.
- Add the dried blueberries and then add the mixed seeds and flaked almonds.
- Mix well again.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
- Ensure the mixture is packed down well into the tray.
- Put them into the pre-heated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove, allow them to cool and then cut into bars.
