Performance Benefits

These bars are low in fibre and have the perfect amount of carbs for a pre-training snack. The lower fibre content makes them easier to digest, reducing the risk of gut discomfort during exercise.
Health Benefits

Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, which help to reduce inflammation and support heart health. The unsaturated ("healthy") fats in the peanut butter enhance the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A,D,E and K.
