- 400 ml Milk
- 30 g Oats
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder (vanilla
- 30 g Blueberries
- 50 g Blackberries
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 Ice-cubes
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients and serve.
- For a thicker or thinner smoothie, adjust the amount of milk and ice-cubes to suit your preference.
