- 10 g Oats (Porridge, 1 tbsp)
- ¼ tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder (vanilla)
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 Ice-cubes
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
