To benefit from the meal plans we want you to know:

  1. How to select a meal plan that aligns with your individual goals
  2. How to save a meal plan to your personal favourites
  3. How to personalise meal plans by subtracting/adding recipes
  4. Print out the shopping list or the meal plan
  5. How to get started and follow recipes from your meal plan?

1.How to select the right meal plan for your individual goal

Okay, so it all starts with a simple question. What is your current goal?

Hopefully you will have answered this box already using ”the performance calculator in the My Account section”. If you’re unsure what your goal is, no problem we have you covered… jump over to our blog post on “how to know what goal is right for you”.

Notice we mentioned what is your current goal? Due to time of year, stage of season or other lifestyle factors your goals are likely to change and with that the meal plans you utilise will also change to match your goals.

Below is a guide to help you select a meal plan that will match your initial goal.

Read on to find out how to add your favourite recipes into your custom meal plan!

2.How to save a meal plan to your personal favourites

Step 1 – Click the top right icon (☰) to navigate the side bar menu.

Step 2 – Click “MY ACCOUNT”.

Step 3 – Select your preferred meal plan from the list of options.

Step 4 – Scroll to the bottom of the meal plan you have selected and click “Save to My Plans”.

Step 5 – Click into “My Plans” in the account section to locate your chosen meal plan.

3.How to personalise meal plans by subtracting/adding recipes

To utilise the meal plans it is important that you can tailor each plan to align with your individual taste preferences and goal.

I have seen meal plans in the past that could only be described as rigid, un-varied and un-attainable to stick with in the long run.

Our aim is that you can do the following with our meal plans:

  • Adapt meal plans to your individual taste preference
  • Add your favourite recipes to your meal plan
  • Adjust recipes depending on the time you have available to cook
  • Search for recipes using the recipe filter, for instance if you have a food allergy
  • Selectively choose recipes based on the physical demands of your day

Ultimately, the meal plans offer a template to serve you and your goals.

To delete a recipe from the meal plan:

Step 1 – To locate your saved meal plan. Click “MY ACCOUNT” then “My Plans” and click into your saved meal plan.

Step 2 – At the bottom of the meal plan click “Remove Items”.

Step 3 – Scroll though the meal plan and delete any recipe by clicking on the bin symbol to the left of the recipe.

Step 4 – To finish click “Stop Removing Items” at the bottom of the screen.

To add a new recipe to the meal plan:

Step 1 – To locate your saved meal plan. Click “MY ACCOUNT” then “My Plans” and click into your saved meal plan.

Step 2 – At the bottom of the meal plan click “Add Item”.

Step 3 – Add a new recipe by click “Add from Favourite Recipes” here you can either select a recipe which you have previously added to your favourite or alternatively use the search bar to locate a recipe.

Step 4 – Drag and drop your new recipe into the specific day of your meal plan.

Step 5 – Click finish click “Actions” at the bottom of the screen.

4.Print out the shopping list or the meal plan

Step 1 – To locate your saved meal plan. Click “MY ACCOUNT” then “My Plans” and click into your saved meal plan.

Step 2 – To print the meal plan, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Print Meal Plan”.

Step 3 – To print the shopping list, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Shopping List”. Scroll to the bottom and you have the option to print the shopping list and also the meal plan.

5.How to get started and follow recipes from your meal plan?

You have all the ingredients and equipment ready. The final step is enjoying the cooking experience. The recipes are easy to follow along to with guidance and direction throughout.

Simple click on the recipe you want to cook by either clicking on the recipe name or photo in the meal plan and it will bring you to a step by step cooking guide for that recipe.
