- Food processor
- Large Bowl
- Baking tray
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 200 g Oats
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Cashew butter
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil (solid)
- 1 scoop Whey protein (Vanilla or chocolate flavour)
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
- 60 g Dark chocolate (chopped)
Servings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180℃.
- Blitz the oats in the food processor for 2 minutes until flour-like.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl using the back of a fork.
- Heat the coconut oil until melted.
- Mix in the egg, honey, cashew butter, coconut oil, and honey. Mix well to fully combine.
- Next add in the whey protein and cacao powder and mix well.
- Finally add the oats and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the chocolate.
- Spoon the mix onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes at 180℃.
- Leave to sit for 5 minutes before serving or store in an airtight container in the fridge when fully cooled.
