  • Large Bowl
  • Baking tray
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 200 g Oats
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil (solid)
  • 1 scoop Whey protein (Vanilla or chocolate flavour)
  • 2 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 60 g Dark chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180℃.
  • Blitz the oats in the food processor for 2 minutes until flour-like.
  • Mash the bananas in a large bowl using the back of a fork.
  • Heat the coconut oil until melted.
  • Mix in the egg, honey, cashew butter, coconut oil, and honey. Mix well to fully combine.
  • Next add in the whey protein and cacao powder and mix well.
  • Finally add the oats and mix thoroughly.
  • Fold in the chocolate.
  • Spoon the mix onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes at 180℃.
  • Leave to sit for 5 minutes before serving or store in an airtight container in the fridge when fully cooled.
