Ingredients
200gOats
2Bananas
1Egg
2tbspHoney
2tbspCashew butter
3tbspCoconut oil(solid)
1scoopWhey protein(Vanilla or chocolate flavour)
2tbspCacao powder
60gDark chocolate(chopped)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Blitz the oats in the food processor for 2 minutes until flour-like.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl using the back of a fork.
Heat the coconut oil until melted.
Mix in the egg, honey, cashew butter, coconut oil, and honey. Mix well to fully combine.
Next add in the whey protein and cacao powder and mix well.
Finally add the oats and mix thoroughly.
Fold in the chocolate.
Spoon the mix onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes at 180℃.
Leave to sit for 5 minutes before serving or store in an airtight container in the fridge when fully cooled.
