- 600g Chicken Fillets
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger purée
- 10ml White Wine Vinegar
- 100ml Soy Sauce
- 50ml Water
- 50g Honey
- 1 Pepper
- 350g Broccoli
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 8g Cornflour
- 600g Udon Noodles

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot.2. Add the chicken and cook for about 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.3. Add the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Begin with the cornflour and add the soy sauce, water, honey, white wine vinegar and ginger purée while whisking so there are no lumps.4. Cut the broccoli and pepper.5. Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and cook until softened (approx. 4 minutes).6. Add the vegetables into the pan with the chicken and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.7. Cook the noodles as per packet instructions.8. Add the teriyaki sauce to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until everything is well coated and thickened.9. Add the noodles to the pan and mix well until all components are well coated in the sauce. 10. Enjoy!
