Ingredients
- 2 scoops Whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1 Sweet potato (medium size, cooked & peeled)
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Almond butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 30 g Mixed nuts
- 150 g 85% dark chocolate (melted)
- 50 g 85% dark chocolate (chopped)

Instructions
- Mash or puree the cooked sweet potato.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Add the whey, mixed nuts into a medium sized bowl and mix.
- Whisk the eggs. Add the eggs and honey and mix again.
- Add the purée sweet potato and mix through well.
- Melt the dark chocolate then pour it in with the rest of the ingredients and stir it all up.
- Mix in the extra chocolate chunks.
- Line a baking tray, pour the mixture into the lined tray and place in a preheated oven for about 12-14 min. The middle should be soft but not too soft.
