- Non-stick pot
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Butter
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- Black pepper
Serving
Instructions
- Whisk through eggs, milk, salt and pepper before adding to a non stick pot with a little butter.
- Cook by mixing regularly for about 5 minutes.
- Serve with toast and butter for a delicious breakfast/ snack.
