Ingredients
- 30 g Oats
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1 tsp Cacao powder
- 1 Banana (frozen)
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 Espresso
- 100 ml Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Peanut butter
Instructions
- Remove the stones from the dates.
- Blitz all of the ingredients together for 3-4 minutes until completely smooth.
