- Ovenproof dish
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 50 g Oats
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder (20g of vanilla or chocolate whey powder)
- 2 tsp Cacao powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Free-range egg
- 3 tbsp 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Lightly greasy a small ovenproof dish with some olive oil.
- Blitz the dry ingredients in a food processor or blender until flour-like.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and blitz for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the oven proof dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
