- 200 ml Milk
- ¼ tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder (strawberry)
- 50 g Fresh strawberries (5 strawberries)
- ¼ Avocado (2 tbsp of avocado)
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- ¼ tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients and serve.
- For a thicker or thinner smoothie, adjust the amount of milk to suit your preference.
