  • ¼ tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 scoop Whey protein powder (strawberry)
  • 50 g Fresh strawberries (5 strawberries)
  • ¼ Avocado (2 tbsp of avocado)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ tbsp Honey

  • For a thicker or thinner smoothie, adjust the amount of milk to suit your preference.
