Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Banana (large)
- 3 Tbsp Peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 150 g Oats
- 3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 3 Tbsp Milled flaxseed
- 3 tbsp Dried cranberries
- 30 g Dark chocolate (chopped)
Servings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Beat the egg with a fork.
- Add the banana, peanut butter and honey.
- Add the cranberries, coconut, flax, oats and dark chocolate.
- Form into cookies and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
