Equipment
- Blender
- Ice-cream maker or a sealable container
Ingredients
- 500 ml Coconut milk
- 1 Free-range egg (1 egg yolk)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ Vanilla pod (Seeds from ½ vanilla pod)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp 85% dark chocolate (grated)
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
- Transfer to an ice-cream maker or pour into a sealable container.
- Place in the freezer to prevent ice crystals forming, stir thoroughly every 30 minutes for 2 hours or until frozen.
- Serve with grated dark chocolate on top.
