Ingredients
- 2 Banana (ripe, peeled and sliced lengthways)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Cinnamon (ground)
- 2 tbsp Almonds (flaked)
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (to serve)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Coat the bananas in the honey then sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
- Place the sliced bananas on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Toast the flaked almonds in the same oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until they begin to turn brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the bananas with toasted flaked almonds. Serve warm with Greek or natural yoghurt.
