- 130g Porridge Oats
- 90g Chocolate Protein Powder
- 20g Chia Seeds
- 60g Glenilen Natural Yoghurt
- 120ml Low Fat Milk
- 1tsp Vanilla Essence
- 50g Blueberries
- 50g Raspberries

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.2. Add the oats to the blender.3. Using the blender blend the oats until they are a flour like consistency4. Pour the oats from the blender and the protein powder into the bowl.5. Add the milk, yoghurt and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.6. Once all the ingredients are well combined add in the blueberries, raspberries and chia seeds and mix well. 7. Pour the mixture into the lined baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.8. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle on top with pistachio butter once removed from the oven.8. Enjoy!
