Equipment
- Large Pot
Ingredients
- 200 g Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- ½ Lemon (zest from ½ a lemon)
Instructions
- Pour the berries into a pot with a little water and simmer stirring regularly for about 20 minutes until the liquid is reduced.
- Next add in the honey, lemon and chia seeds and mix well.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- When the mixture is cool pour into a jar. You can keep the jam in the fridge and it will keep for a week.
