- 100 ml Milk
- 1 ½ scoop Whey protein powder
- 160 g Frozen cherries
- 2 tsp Cacao powder
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 2 Medjool dates
- 80 Beetroot
- 10 Ice-cubes
