- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 100 g Frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds (milled)
- 30 g Oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Milled flaxseed
Instructions
- Blitz all of the ingredients together for 3-4 minutes until completely smooth.
